RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Every piece is made specifically for the individual who ordered it. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
NO RETURNS — BESPOKE ITEMS
All pieces are made to order. Please review sizing carefully, as we do not offer returns on bespoke items.
For that reason, we do not offer returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect sizing (please check the size guide before ordering)
- Change of mind
- Personalised / customised items
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If something isn't right, we fix it.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you must:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and clear images of the fault
We will offer one of the following:
- Replacement
- Repair
- Refund (to original payment method within 7–14 days once the item is returned)
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this, production begins and cancellations are not possible.
Once your piece is in production, it is being made for you. We cannot stop that process.
YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act (2015). You always retain the right to return faulty, damaged, or incorrectly described items.

Why no returns?
We don't operate like fast fashion. Every item is made for the person who ordered it — not for resale.
How long does it take?
10–18 working days. We prioritise precision over speed.
What if I order the wrong size?
We strongly advise checking the size guide before ordering. Once production starts, changes aren't possible.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — within 12 hours. After that, your piece is already being made.
